Common questions

What’s a “line”?

A line is one concurrent call. A 200-person office rarely has more than ~20 people on the phone at the same moment — so you pay for ~20 lines, not 200 seats. We size it to your real call patterns.

What if we hire more people?

Add them for free — people and devices alike. Extensions are unlimited. Your price only changes if your simultaneous call volume grows enough to need another line — which is rare and still cheap.

Why is it so much cheaper?

It’s architecture, not a stripped-down product. ACS bills per concurrent line instead of per idle phone, so our cost base is structurally lower — and we pass it on.

Is switching painful?
